The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the messages "Tract Off" and "Service Power Steering" were displayed, and the steering wheel became very difficult to turn in either direction. WENT TO CRANK IT ONE DAY AFTER CHANGING A TIRE ON THE FRONT AND THE POWER STEERING QUIT WORKING WHEN I GOT BACK IN IT AND CRANKED IT UP AND HASN'T WORKED SINCE.

2010 FUSION HYBRID LOST POWER THEN SHUT DOWN. A WARNING ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAID TO PULL OVER SAFELY AND STOP. I HAVE DONE RESEARCH AND FOUND OTHER DRIVERS OF THE SAME MAKE AND MODEL ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. IF THIS WERE TO HAPPEN IN HEAVY TRAFFIC IT COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
