TWO CRACK HAVE FORMED IN THE DASH SURROUNDING THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG. THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE AND THE DASH HAS NEVER BEEN REMOVED.

The low beam bulb on both sides of the vehicle keep going out. I have replaced each bulb at least 3 times. There is no moisture in the headlight and I don't see any electrical shorting on the harness. Malfunctioning headlights are a huge safety concern for my family and every other vehicle on the road.
