TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 (NA) SUBARU CROSSTREK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT EVERY 1,000 MILES A QUART OF OIL NEEDED TO BE ADDED TO THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SUBARU SUPERSTORE OF CHANDLER (1050 S GILBERT RD, CHANDLER, AZ 85286, (480) 222-6000) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT AN OIL STUDY COULD BE PERFORMED, BUT NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. SUBARU HAS ISSUED TWO RECALLS FOR THE SUBARU CROSSTREK 2013: BREAK LIGHTS AND ENGINE STALLS DUE TOMORROW VALVE CRACK. THESE ARE BOTH SAFETY RECALLS. I CONTACTED TWO SUBARU DEALERS FOR THE RECALL, AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE THEY'VE SAID THEY COULD TAKE MAY CAR. I CALLED TWICE MORE, AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME ANOTHER MONTH.
